TELEŌ VALUES 

Faith: Life can be challenging, but God wouldn’t bring you to it if He wasn’t going to bring you through it.  He is the God of our mountains and the god of our valleys - With God, all things are possible. 

Purpose: Because of Him, we each have a unique purpose and calling. The word Teleō means purpose, and our mission is to clothe you in God’s word. We know our clothes won’t give you power, but God’s word and promises will.

Consistency: When we stay consistent in our faith, fitness, and daily efforts, we build confidence. Teleō is here to remind you to keep showing up, and when you do, God will take care of the rest.

Community: Teleō is a community where you can be encouraged by other women not only in your fitness but also in your faith.  Together, we share our love for Jesus and hold each other accountable, keeping Him at the center of everything that we do.
